Year / 2020
Project Objective
To create an easy to follow companion app experience to help customers setup Verizon’s new LTE Router.
Final Design

The final design provided a clean, straightforward way for customers to quickly setup the device.
Key customer tasks included (1) choosing a good location for the device, (2) confirming a good signal, and (3) managing device settings.
Design Process & Role
I worked closely with key stakeholders to define high-level experience maps, user flows, and critical error/recovery paths to ensure customer success.
Additionally, I facilitated sketching sessions, created architecture documentation, produced high-fidelity prototypes, and oversaw implementation.
